Belfast’s Titanic Quarter once home to the massive ship building industry is now being transformed into a hub of financial services and digital innovation. This prime waterfront location situated along the mouth of the river lagan and Belfast lough, it is a £7bn investment in Belfast City making it one of the most promising locations for business growth in Europe.
The Titanic Quarter of course is home to the huge iconic yellow Harland and Wolff of Belfast docks. Some of the Titanic Quarters new residents are the Northern Ireland Science Park, Citi Bank and the new multimillion pound Belfast Metropolitan College. The cranes in the Titanic Quarter these days are not so much building ships but building homes for new businesses.
